What Promptway collects

If you subscribe at https://promptway.com/subscribe, we store your email with Resend so we can send the essay every other Tuesday and so you can unsubscribe in one click. The welcome mail comes from Agnel Nieves at agnel@promptway.com.

We do not sell, share, or rent that address. We do not add you to anyone else's list. Unsubscribe links are in every mail, and https://promptway.com/unsubscribe works without logging in.

The public site loads Google Analytics 4 so we can see which essays get read, which tools get used, and which campaigns sent a subscribe. Page views include the usual browser metadata: URL, referrer, device class, approximate geography.

When a paid campaign is running, Google Ads and Meta Pixel may also load. They exist to measure those campaigns, not to build a shadow profile for resale.

If you arrive from an ad, we store the click identifiers and UTM fields in first-party cookies for 90 days so a later subscribe can be attributed to the campaign that earned it. Those cookies are not required to read the site.

There are no user accounts, no passwords, and no payment forms on Promptway. The Prompt Inspector and the Grok Bot directory store nothing you paste. Prompts sent to the Inspector API are not logged; the server records timing and shape only.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Logs there may include IP addresses for a short window as part of ordinary request handling. We do not use those logs to identify readers.

To delete a newsletter address or ask what we have on you, email agnel@promptway.com from that address. Say you want it removed. We will delete the Resend contact. Analytics aggregates are not individual records we can wipe by email.
