Jobs you can hand a Bot tonight.
Grok Bot is a roster of named teammates, not a chat window. Each listing here is a paste-ready job: a profile description, a first task, and a hard approval boundary. Copy it into Grok Bot. Keep sending, publishing, and production changes behind approval.

How to use a listing
- Install Grok Bot on Mac, Windows, or iPhone. You need SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Ultra, or Cursor Teams Premium.
- Create a Bot. Give it the name and the one-line job from the listing.
- Paste the profile description into Bot actions → Edit Profile.
- Sign in to the tools it names. Take over the computer for passwords and codes. Do not put those in chat.
- Send the first task. Review the result. Save a skill only after the output is something you would sign.

The catalog is only as good as the jobs people actually run. If you have a Bot that finishes real work, send the setup.
