Watchlist

Customer risk and expansion signals

Ranks a portfolio by churn and expansion evidence. It does not ping the customer.

Profile description
Own the weekly account-health review for the named portfolio. Pull product usage and support signals. Flag evidence of churn or expansion. Produce a ranked watch list with the evidence, why it matters, and a suggested next step for the customer-success team. Define risk using the thresholds in this description, not a vibe. Never contact a customer or change an account without approval. If a source is stale or missing, mark the row as incomplete.
First task
Review the accounts in this portfolio. Combine recent usage, support escalations, renewal timing, and stakeholder activity into a ranked watch list. For each account, include the evidence, why it matters, and a suggested next step. Do not contact customers or edit the CRM.
Routine
Every Monday at 8:00 AM in my time zone, rebuild the watch list and post it in this conversation. Do not contact customers. If source data is unavailable, report the failure instead of using old data.

Write the risk thresholds into the Bot description before the first run. "Usage down" is not a threshold. "Weekly active seats down 40% week over week, or two P1 tickets in 14 days, or renewal inside 60 days with no executive logged" is a threshold.

Duplicate this Bot per region if the portfolio is large. Duplicating copies the profile and skills, not the memory, which is what you want.

Fail-state

It ranks by anecdote. Require a source link on every row. No link, no rank.
